WHY IS THE FOG BUBBLE MACHINE INDICATOR LIGHT FLASHING RED EVEN AFTER FILLING THE FOG SOLUTION TANK?

The issue may be due to the high concentration of the fog solution. We recommend diluting the solution by adding water to it until the red light is not flashing.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT STOPS WORKING?

Check the indicator light

Check that there is enough fog or bubble fluid and that the fluid has not solidified

Check the fuse and replace it with a 5.0 amp 125-volt fuse if it is damaged

WHY IS THE BUBBLE FUNCTION NOT WORKING?

AT LOW TEMPERATURES, the bubble liquid may become sticky, and the internal piping for extracting the bubble liquid may become blocked and no bubbles will be produced

SO DO NOT LEAVE THE LIQUID INSIDE THE TANK, AND FOLLOW THE CLEANING PROCEDURE MANUAL

CAN I MAKE MY OWN FOG SOLUTION AND BUBBLE SOLUTION?

No, We strongly recommend not trying to make fog solutions. The chemical content of the fog solution is designed around the specifications of the product.

A homemade fog solution will not be safe, hazard-free, and as efficient as a commercial one.

FOG MACHINES GET HOT, DONT TOUCH IT WHILE WORKING!

Use handles when moving the product. Allow the product to cool down before moving or hanging it.

Do not touch the fog spray nozzle as it is hot.

Make sure to place the device away from combustible materials (curtains, leaves, paper, etc.).
