Vestil Painted carbon steel tilting drum ring, pivoting fork pockets allow you to manually rotate drum to dispense light materials. To use, slip the band over the drum and tighten the lock to secure around the belly of the drum. Steel construction. Powder coat finish. Fork opening 5-3/4-inches width by 3 inches height.
