How to Check the model of your tablet?
(1)Look in the Surface app: Select “Start”, search for “Surface”, then select the app from the lists of results. Look at the top of the window. (or expand “Device information” and look at the value next to “Surface model”)
(2)Look in Settings: Right-click Start , then select Settings > System . Scroll down and select About. Look at the top of the page, above Device specifications, to find the Surface model information.
(3)Look in System information: Select ”Start” , enter system, then select “System Information” from the list of results. Look for “System Model” in the Item column. The model information can be found at the “Value” next to the “System Model”
