●High Temperature Resistance - Temperature resistance up to 550 ℃, which is the same as copper plated nozzle, but Tungsten nozzle is more wear-resistant than copper plated nozzle.
●Good Heat Conduction - Thermal conductivity of 130W/m·k, much better than Rubby nozzle(45W/m·k) and hardened steel nozzle(26W/m·k). The better thermal conductivity greatly speeds up filament melting speed in hot zone.
●Low Expansion - Expansion coefficient of 4.5μm/m·℃, much lower than copper plated nozzle(16.7μm/m·℃). It can adapt to continuous high temperature printing without deformation, especially when printing large-scale molds.

Tungsten Steel MK8 Nozzle

  • Tungsten carbide material nozzle, It is suitable for long-term continuous 3D printing, avoiding precision reduction caused by nozzle wear.
  • Compared with other material nozzles, it has advantages of High Temperature Resistance, High Heat Conduction, Low Thermal Expansion, High Hardness.
  • The whole nozzle is cemented carbide formed by High-temperature sintering, the material is tungsten carbide (94%) and zinc (6%). The thermal conductivity of tungsten carbide is second only to nickel plated copper and superior to brass, which ensures the speed of nozzle heating. Which solves hardened steel nozzle shortcomings like poor thermal conductivity and long heating time.
  • The hardness is comparable to diamonds (9 Mohs), it solves the problem of poor durability of copper plated nozzle, especially for abrasive material filament such as carbon fiber, Peek, glass, wood.
  • Compared to other materials, it has the lowest expansion coefficient. So the nozzle hole has the smallest deformation during printing, which can achieve better wire output accuracy.
  • The highest working temperature (550℃) allows it to work on most high-temperature printing.
  • It is MK8 1.75/0.4mm nozzle, fits for most Ender and CR series printers whose extruders using mk8 nozzles like Ender-3, Ender-3 V2, CR-10, etc.
