Why is this headset in a bag?

We use reusable, resealable, and recyclable poly bags for this headset. The poly bag reduces single use plastics in packaging and is perfect for storing the headsets when not in use.

Is the headset adjustable?

Yes, the headset can be adjusted on both earpads. This can be done by holding the headband and pulling on the earpad.

Why cant I hear myself when I talk?

These headsets do not monitor the input into the headset audio output. Monitoring playback can typically be achieved in computer settings.

Why is the microphone suddenly not working?

This unit has a microphone mute on the in-line controls and sometimes the microphone mute is toggled on accident. You may also want to double-check your sound settings.
