Instructions
1.Four tests can be done: Test of common oil, Test of oil added with antiwear agent, Inorganic oil test, Repair test.
2. Before each experiment, the friction wheel must be polished clean with oil stone dipped with common oil, otherwise it will affect the correct effect of the experiment. The criterion for the grinding wheel to be clean is that it runs normally without noise.
3. The weight of the farmar represents the pressure on the contact point, and the size of the ball wear mark represents the wear resistance of the lubricating oil or antiwear agent. The change of the number of farmars is equivalent to the change of the pressure on the contact point.
4. After the motor runs normally, the farmar can be placed gently with an interval of about 3-5 seconds. Add to the farmar so that the normal lubricating oil loses its lubricity and is locked until the engine stops turning.At this time, turn off the power immediately to prevent the motor from burning.
5. Check the number of farmars (Lubricity) and observe the wear marks of friction blocks (anti-wear).
6. After completing the inorganic oil test, you can add a certain amount of water to the oil box, and then find that the machine is still running, showing the lubricating effect of the emulsified oil containing antiwear agent.
