KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN CLEANING THE PAN
1- Clean the pan as soon as possible after using it.
2- You should not leave the pan in water because it will rust.
3- In cases where the food is really stuck, use a sponge or paper towel and a handful of coarse kosher salt to loosen the stuck pieces.
4- If the leftover food is really stuck, put the pan back on the heat with a little water until it boils and use a wooden spatula to separate the stuck pieces.
5- Be sure to dry the pan immediately when you have finished cleaning it.
6- It is not recommended to use soap, but in case you use it, it should be organic soap and then you should rub the pan again with olive oil after drying it.
7- It is not dishwasher safe.
