Do I need to add some water every day?

No, daily water top-up is not needed. Our product uses a recirculating water system that conserves water usage. Check and top-up the water every 2-4 weeks during regular operation

Are the parts and components replaceable?

Yes, individual components are designed to be replaceable, such as the LED light strip and water pump. We provide 1-year, and would be happy to assist with troubleshooting or send replacement parts while the product under one year

Does the fountain run quietly?

Yes, the fountain operates very quietly, producing only a gentle sound of flowing water. If you notice any loud noise or low water flow, first check and replenish the water to an adequate level in the fountain reservoir

What if water only flows over half side mirror? Led lights partially defective?

Please make sure there is adequate water in the fountain, then use our towel to wipe the screen along the direction of the water flow, try more time, the problem will solved. Please message us to send the video and the replacement light bar

What is the blue one that looks like a bucket for?
