What should I do if I forget my account and cannot unbind the device?

You only need to provide the SN code, and the client support will contact to unbind it for you.

How to download time reports?

You can directly download the report from the cloud software, which will automatically tally up the clock-in hours.

What does “Punch Interval” mean?

Assume that the duplicate punch period is 5 minutes. If you make several check-in attendance punches within 5 minutes, the clock considers only the first punch time and ignores the rest of the attendance punches.
