2. Multimedia or F1-F12 Functions?

The cute keyboard is in media functions by default. The F1-F12 functions need to be activated by pressing fn + F1-F12 keys. Or you can activate the fn lock to use the F1-F12 function directly (The fn lock key locates next to the F12 key).

3. Why the keyboard cant be switched to OS system?

When use the USB C port, please push the USB C receiver fully into your mac. Otherwise, the keyboard and mouse cannot connect to your mac, and you will find that the keyboard cannot turn to OS system.
