2.Rolling cloth Professional grade flax linen bakers couche for supporting proofing bread dough and baguettes.
3.Placing dough between couche folds help shape the dough and prevents the dough from proofing into each other and helps hold the final shape and develop a crisp crust. Dust with white and/or rice flour to prevent dough from sticking.
4.Care instructions: Never wash a bakers couch. Simply shake or brush off excess flour. If dough sticks, allow to dry and scrape off. Roll up the linen to store.
Instructions:
1. Use fermentation cloth for the first time, rinse with a small amount of water, do not rub. Allow to dry after rinsing.
2. After each use, pat lightly to clean flour. If there is sticky dough, clean it with a spatula after it is dry. If it is difficult to clean the dough, you can use a brush to remove it.
3. Try to reduce the frequency of water cleaning to extend the life of the product.
4. When washing with water, do not rub it. The rubbing will wrinkle with the fermentation cloth and cannot be restored.
