The Silicone IsoBlock pads are 1,2 wide at the top, 0.85 wide at the bottom, and 0. 375 high. There are two types: soft and firm. The soft ones can hold 15 lbs per pad, whereas the firm ones can support 37,5 lbs per pad. |
