What if my bluetooth mouse is too sensitive or slow?

Find the "DPI" button. Then click 1/2/3 times to change the DPI (1000/1200/1600) to find the most suitable speed.

Is this wiressless mouse rechargeable or does it require battery replacement?

Decided to try a rechargeable mouse to avoid swapping batteries. Everything works smoothly and precisely. Best part, its rechargeable (via USB cable- included). Pretty much plug and play after you do the initial charge.

Does this mouse have LED breathing lights?

The lights are very cool looking and operation seems to be seamless. Pure and brilliant RGB lighting change alternately makes your desktop a beautiful landscape. (Can not be set to one specific color)

My computer does not have a usb so i needed a mouse that does not need to connect to the computer.

Theres an on/off switch if you travel with your laptop and the dual mode comes in handy. The USB device fits securely to the underside of the mouse when using it in Bluetooth mode, so radio frequency is always there just in case.

Why does my mouse go into sleep mode after 10 minutes without operation?

To save power, the mouse will automatically go into sleep mode after you dont operate it for a few minutes. To wake it up again, you need to click the left/right mouse button.

Bluetooth Mode & Bluetooth Troubleshooting

Turn on the computer.
Push the power switch to BT side.
Press the Bluetooth Pairing Button, the blue indicator will light up, search "BT5.1 Mouse" on computer and connect it.

Low battery will affect the Bluetooth performance of the mouse. Check whether the mouse has sufficient power.
Check if the BT switch on the back of the mouse is on. The mouse can connect up to 2 devices, and one channel can only correspond to one device.
Avoid signal interference from other sources, such as wireless speakers, cell phones, Bluetooth speakers, etc.
Check if the Bluetooth setting on the computer is enabled.
Try to disconnect the mouse from Bluetooth on the computer and reconnect it.
If your computer has an external Bluetooth adapter, check if it is working properly and try to plug it back in again. (Since Bluetooth adapters are also external devices. They can sometimes break or stop working.)
