To calculate body fat,the scale requires information including gender,age and height.So you need to register on Fitdays and set the right profile.Connect to the scale via Bluetooth to save your data,the information wont be shared or used in any way.

Ive never used a smart body composition scale before. What should I pay attention to?

Recommend check the manual&follow key tips:Put scale on a flat,hard floor(Not soft carpet).Wait for scale auto-calibrate to zero and step on it to measure.Be barefoot,no touching your knees or the skin at the base of your thighs for accurate results.

How do I know when the bathroom scale with bmi and body fat has done measuring ?
