FAQ For SiFENE 3in1 Single Serve Coffee Maker

Question: Why did I only get 2 ounces of water when I pressed the 6/8/10 ounce button?
Answer(1) Its because your coffee maker needs to be descaled. Here are the descaling instructions for the SiFENE coffee machine:
Answer(2) 1. Fill the water tank to the max fill line with a mixture of descaling solution and water following the ratio recommended on the descaling solution instructions. 2. Press the large cup button without inserting any coffee capsule to dispense all the descaling solution from the water tank. 3. Refill the water tank to the max fill line with fresh water, then press the large cup button again to rinse out any remaining descaling solution.
Question: Can I brew k-cup pods in the SiFENE coffee machine?
Answer: Yes. SiFENE coffee machine could brew with K-cup pods. Our reusable filters have specifically researched 99% of capsules in the market.
Question: Can I fill the tank with hot water?
Answer: The water tank of SiFENE coffee machine must be filled with room temperature water of about 77°F (25°C), instead of heated water.
Question: Why does coffee overflow when I used an 8-ounce cup and pointed the 8-ounce button?
Answer: The flow rate of the SiFENE coffee machine varies depending on the type of coffee powder. The flow rate calculates by range, not value. 1-2 OZ error in the flow rate of the coffee machine is reasonable. We suggest testing the position of the cup that corresponds to the different capacity options you use to avoid overflowing coffee or tea before the first use.
Question: Why does the lid pop up uncontrollably when I brew coffee? Is the quality of the machine low？
Answer: SiFENE coffee makers cannot grind the coffee powder to a finely level, except for the Americano powder. If the powder is too fine, the safety valve will not work. Please do not put too much coffee powder at once. Mixed-use for the tea box and the powder box is not supported!
Question: How should I prevent the water tank leak?
Answer: We recommend always putting the water tank on the coffee machine to prevent the water tank leak.
