How to make Junket Custard
First Step
Place two Junket tablets and one tablespoonful of cold water in a cup. Crush tablets with spoon & dissolve thoroughly. So simple a child can make it.
Second Step
Take one quart of milk and three teaspoonfuls of sugar. Warm the milk to 32c or warm to the touch. Stir until dissolved.
Third Step
Add dissolved Junket tablets into milk, stir quickly for a second or two.
Fourth Step
Pour the mixture into glasses or one large dish. Let stand undisturbed in a warm room until firm, then refrigerate without jarring until time to serve
