1. How do i connnect the Rig with my iPhone X and iPhone XR, iPhone 11?

A: Use the APPLE official Lightning adapter connect iPhone with Rig. Make sure the lightning adapter is from APPLE instead of other brand. If you dont want to buy APPLE lightning adpater, BOYA BY-K3 lightning adapter is also a great solution for connecting.

2. How do i connnect the Rig with my type-c android smartphone like Samsung note 10 plus?

A: Use the included USB-C adapter connect your type-c smartphone with Rig. Make sure the usb-c adapter is from official brand instead of other brand. If you dont want to buy official usb-c adpater, BOYA BY-K4 USB-C adapter is also a great solution for connecting.

3. Why it cant hear anything via monitor input with my iPhone X and iPhone XR, iPhone 11?

A: Firstly, the monitor is APP dependent. We recommend use APPs such as iRig Recorder, MetaRecorder, Cinema-FV 5, SmartRecorder to record video with your iPhone.

Secondly, if the monitor still with no sound after test with the above App, please check whether the lightning adapter is from APPLE. Non-official adapter will lead to record failure. BOYA BY-K3 lightning adapter is also a great option.
