How to Set Up the 1Mii SafeFly Min Bluetooth Transmitter with AirPods

STEP 1: AirPods Pairing

  • Put AirPods in their case and open lid
  • Press and hold button on the back of the AirPods case until the light on the front flashes white

STEP 2: Turn Safefly Min On

  • Slide the switch to ON, SafeFly screen will show "Connecting".
  • Long Press "OK" button for 1 seconds, screen will show "Searching"

STEP 3: Link to Audio Source

  • Use “+” and "-" buttons to choose Headphone/AirPods, press "OK" button to conncet.
  • Plug the SafeFly Min into the 3.5 mm audio source.

  • Remember to fully charge your SafeFly Min before your flight!
  • For Low Latency function, make sure your headphones support it.

Which devices are compatible with the SafeFly Min Bluetooth transmitter?

The SafeFly Min Bluetooth transmitter supports wired connections to most devices with a 3.5mm audio output jack and can pair with most Bluetooth devices.

Is it compatible with Apple Airpods?

The SafeFly Min Bluetooth transmitter is compatible with most Airpods models, except for Airpods Pro Gen 2 and AirPods Max, due to their different Bluetooth codec.

Can it be used with musical instruments?

The SafeFly Min Bluetooth transmitter is not designed to work with instruments such as electric guitars or electronic keyboards.

What should I do if I still hear sound coming from the TV?

Ensure that the auxiliary cable is securely plugged in. Adjust the TVs audio settings from "TV speaker" to "audio out".

Does it support low latency?

The SafeFly Min Bluetooth transmitter supports the unique aptX Low Latency, as long as the paired Bluetooth devices also support this feature. However, it does not provide low latency when used with Apple AirPods.
