INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Wash the flask with soap and water, rinse it thoroughly, inflate the flask with a puff of air, turn it upside down with the cap off, and let it dry. (Remember to wash it before using it.)

3.Hold the flask with the spout facing upward and squeeze it to expel air until liquid reaches the spout.
