- The solar panel is in the shade, Please move the solar panels to the sun.
- The fountain is not submerged in the water, Please put the fountain completely into the water.
- The solar panel is broken， please get in touch with us and we will help you, or buy a new one.
- The filter port is blocked, Please follow the cleaning steps to clean and replace a new filter.
