NOTES

  • 1) When the fault code is displayed as E-0.2, you need to pay attention to the following points:
  • a. The load is too heavy and the acceleration time is too short. Adjust the acceleration time and replace it with a higher power inverter.
  • b. The rated power of the motor is too large, replace the motor matched with the frequency converter.
  • c. The parameter settings in —0.3—, —0.4—, —0.5—, —0.6— are unreasonable, and it is recommended to restore them to factory values.
  • 2) When the motor is running, there will be strong interference. At this time, the manual frequency adjustment function may fail, but you can still adjust the frequency by pressing the button. It is recommended to use a single button to stop the motor and modify the frequency.
  • 3) When adjusting speed accurately, it is recommended to use button speed adjustment. Potentiometer speed adjustment will cause slight deviations during motor operation or installation system vibration, which will affect control accuracy.
  • 4) When the ambient temperature is too high, enough space for heat dissipation needs to be left.
