USB Plug & Play

Powerful edit functions

Users can add or delete characters to the barcode in different groups.

Example 1：

When scanning Code128, delete first 3 characters.

when scanning Code39, delete first 2 characters and add 4 characters after code39.

Example 2：

When scanning barcode, add TAB after the third and eighth digit of barcode.

Note:

Not completely compatible with Square, as Square has its own custom scanner to prevent user to use barcode scaner of other brand in Square system. Our Barcode scaner can scan item barcode into search box and it will automatically search the item, but you have to manually click searched item to add it to the bill.

Three Scanning Mode:

  • Manual Trigger Mode: Red laser is only on when pressing the trigger.
  • Continuous Scan Mode: Red laser is always on when the scanner is electrified. Scanning barcode without pressing any trigger.

Virtual COM Port Mode

The Bur3094 Scanner also has Virtual COM Port Mode. In This Mode, the scanner needs to work with driver and serial software. Expected final behavior is that even if you open up another universal software like notepad, excel，word etc，the scanned information still show up in the window of serial software.

NOTE: USB Virtual COM Port Mode only works on Window 7/8/10/XP， not works on Mac OS.
