How to resolve auto-feed jam?

1. Press the REV BUTTON and pullout the jammed papers.(Auto button in red light with flashing),separate the jammed paper to re-feed

2.Re-feed tidy paper to auto-feed, wrinkle paper to manual-feed

Can auto-feed mode shred clips and staples?

No, auto-feed mode can only shredder paper, you could shred junk mail/clips/staples/credit card in manual mode

How often should I lubricate the machine?

In order to prolong the service life of the paper shredder, please oil shredder at least twice a momth. Do not use any oil or lubricant that is dispensed from an aerosol container or that is petroleum-based.

Does this shredder come with an owners manual and instructions?

Yes. It comes with a User’s Manual. It comes in a very sturdy box also

Does the shredder come with bags or do you buy those separately?

The shredder does not come with shredder bag. It is not recommended to use garbage bags, so as not to affect the normal induction operation of the shredder.
