Why can’t my iphone mirror via WiFi or cable?

You can check first if your phone and projector connected the same WiFi, only connect the same WiFi the phone can mirror with projector, if you cant mirror via the cable, you can check your cable, it must use the original iphone USB cable for iphone

Why does the projector doesnt work?

You can check that if your power cable connect with the projector, and then, you can check that if you connect the same wifi with the projector and your phone, you can restart the projector after that.

Video Playback is out of sync with sound and picture?

The fluency of playing is releted to the network; if you are connected to a WiFi device, it generally has a delayed display.

Why does the projection screen show No Signal?

Make sure all cables are plugged correctly and firmly, make sure you select the right input Source. For exampe, if you connect with a phone, please follow the Connections section in the manual.

Why cant my phones Bluetooth be found on the projector?

Because bluetooth only supports connecting sound devices.
