These factory-matched shaper cutters are assembled to cut perfect interior passage and exterior entry doors that are 1-3/8" thick. With the purchase of our optional Exterior Door Kit (83-046) you can also make 1-3/4"-thick exterior doors. Making flat panel doors with plywood? Our Plywood Panel Kit (83-048) will allow you to make a 5.5mm tongue and groove joint for undersized veneered plywood panels. This kit works with all three door-making sets below. Purchase the Glass Door Kit (83-047) to make beautiful glass-panel doors.
