Step 1: The "OVER ICE" button flashes in red, indicating that the coffee machine needs descaling.

Step 2: Pour 14 oz of prepared descaling solution into the water reservoir.

Step 3: Press and hold the "OVER ICE" button for 3 seconds to start the descaling process.

Step 4: Once the descaling process is complete, fill the water reservoir with 14 oz of clean water and press the brew button. Repeat this operation three times to effectively clean the coffee makers water tank and internal pipes.
