  • A : Yes. It is designed for 12v battery NOT for 6v, 8v, 24v battery.
  • (Two 6v battery may also be used if connected in series; multiple 12v battery may also be used while connected in parallel)
  • Q2 : Will this MPPT charge controller work with Lithium battery? Like LifePO4 lithium battery?
  • A : Yes, this charge controller supports Wet, Gel, AGM, Flooded, and Lithium batteries. it goes with 3 modes( 12V, 12V AGM, 12V Lithium).
  • you can find the best mode in compliance with your battery types to get the best performance.
  • Q3 : Is it waterproof?
  • A : It was IPX54 water-resistant. good for exposed to water spray, rain. Great for outdoor use. Not for immerse it totally into the water.
  • Q4: If the LCD display not turn on when i connect it to the solar panel, what should I do?
  • A: 1) Sunlight is weak. the controller controller is powered by solar directly. if the sunlight is too weak. it wont turn on. simply expose the solar panel to the full sun.
  • 2)" INPUT" and ”OUTPUT" of the charge controller wrongly connected. " INPUT " should connected to the solar panel instead of OUTPUT .
  • 3) Check if the polarity is correct. A Polarity Adapter is required if the polarity of the solar panel doesnt match charge controller. Purchase our ASIN: B09W5YCRR7 or purchase a polarity adapter.
  • 4) Check if the solar panel deliver any output with a multimeter. The voltage for the solar panel in full should be 20v+.
