Step 1 In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon or dough whisk until the dough starts to come together. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface.

Step 2 Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, a tablespoon at a time. Form the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly greased bowl.

Step 3 Punch down the dough to release the air. Turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a loaf. Place the shaped dough into a greased loaf pan, seam side down.

Step 4 Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
