Q&A
1.Why do the wax beads for hair removal break?
Two main reasons will cause the hard wax to break. Either the wax application is too thin or the wax was left on the skin for too long. To avoid this situation, we recommend applying a thicker layer of wax to the skin during the application process. The wax should rest on the skin for about 30-40 seconds before the removal. If your wax is still wet after that, please allow an additional 30 seconds until the wax has dried.
2.Why do the wax beads for wax warmer not remove any hairs?
The problem is that the wrong heating ways, wrong application when you remove your hair. We recommend using wax when the wax has reached a honey-like consistency(about 135℉-165℉).
3.How do I know the wax is at the right working temperature?
Melt the wax to its honey-like consistency and test it on the inside of the wrist. If it feels too hot, wait for a couple of minutes and test it again. If the wax is not spreading easily and has no honey texture, it is too cool and will need a bit more heating time.
