Description

SS39ET Linear Hall Sensor Breakout This extremely small breakout can detect magnetic fields and their intensity as the approach. Simple three pin setup is perfect for DIY projects involving Arduino, Raspberry PI, ESP, or other microcontroller. Minimum voltage: 2.7V Maximum voltage 6.5V Linear Hall sensors are bipolar in nature, when one pole approaches the voltage on SIG will rise, when the opposite pole approaches the voltage will drop. This breakout has everything needed to plug and play. Simply read the SIG voltage using an ADC. Unlike digital hall sensors these do not latch or switch on or off. Linear hall sensors are able to give more complex information about magnetic fields such as strength or distance as well as detect their presence.
