Leviton 109-05225-WSP Combo Switch and Receptacle, 1-pack, White . Combination devices permit the installation of two devices in a space normally occupied by only one, resulting in reduced installation time and increased convenience. This device has one single-pole switch and one receptacle. The switch is rated at 15-Amp and 120-Volt, the receptacle is rated at 15-Amp and 125-Volt. It has a grounding screw. The AC quiet switches have silver-cadmium oxide contacts and receptacles have double-wipe contacts for maximum conductivity. It is side wired with terminal screws that accept up to no.12 copper or copper-clad wire. It also has break-off tabs that permit conversion to separate feeds. The unit is UL listed, CSA certified, NOM certified and backed by a limited two-year warranty.
