Easy to use:
Cut the puff pastry slices into strips, starting with the tip and winding the strips up around the cream corner mould until the larger end. Overlap each layer to avoid gaps.
Bake or fry for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Our moulds are safe to bake or fry.
After the pastry has cooled, carefully separate the pastry from the mould.
Fill the cream or whatever you like.
