Troubleshooting
1, Loose air valve may also cause air leakage (Boston air valve will not have loose phenomenon), apply soapy water around the air valve, if you find air leakage.
If you find air bubbles around the air valve, you need to use our configured wrench to tighten the air plug until there are no air bubbles: if the air plug base follows the turn, please completely deflate the hull, and grab the air plug base in the hull by hand before tightening.
2, If your boat becomes a little "soft" this is not necessarily a leak, because temperature changes may also cause pressure changes, if not three, caused by temperature changes, please follow the steps below.
a. First inflate the boats air chambers to the state of use; apply soapy water on the hull of the possible air leaks, air bubbles will appear in the leaky place.
b. If you find a leak in the hull, first mark the leakage point and then deflate the boat, clean the place where the leakage needs to be repaired thoroughly, and then make sure to make it dry (if not dry glue cannot be bonded). If the perforation is very small (less than 0.2cm), you can directly drop glue on it, and then wait for 12 hours to make it completely dry and cured, then you can use it.
c. If the perforation is larger than 0.2cm, we need to configure the patch to repair: cut a piece of leather for repair, the size of the area around the leak can be covered by 3cm, will be cut in the leak in the leather at the edge of the material to draw a mark, and then coated with glue in the mark at the same time in the patch is also coated with glue, wait about 3 minutes or so that the glue becomes viscous, the patch aligned to the Put the patch on the hull and press it firmly. Wait for 24 hours and inflate the hull.
Attention: Please do not repair the boat while it is inflated, and make sure to control the ambient temperature (20°C-25°C) and humidity (50%-60%) when repairing!
