Take Your Swing Through Proper Mechanics With The Whip Bat

Here we go through the steps of swinging properly with the whip bat.

1. Start your stance with the padded end laying comfortably on your back.

2. Swing with your elbow close to your body, and powerfully swing through the ball with your hips and torso rotating together.

2. Swing all the way through the ball.

4. Follow through like you would a normal swing.

Swing like normal. If you swing with improper mechanics, the whip bat will pull you over the plate, and you will most likely miss the ball.

Follow through like a normal swing. If the padding hits you, your follow through is most likely ending early. While this wont give you any issues, it is something that you should work on.
