Detail Operating Steps：
Step 1: Print your design on DTF film.
Step 2: Apply powder shake well, let the hot melt powder stick to the printed pattern, then shake off the excess powder.
Step 3: Put the film with hot melt powder into the oven and bake until the hot melt powder melts.It is recommended to bake at 150°C for 150 seconds.
Step 4: Heat press at 160°C for 8 seconds using a heat press machine.
Step 5：After cooling, peel off the PET film along any corner.

What is DTF Powder or pretreat Powder?
JECQBOR High Quality DTF Powder is a hot melt powder made of polyurethane resin and grinded into adhesive powder. Its used to cover the print before the process of pressing begins.
- Wide range of compatibility: you can print patterns on: lycra/cotton/nylon/swimsuit fabric/high elastic fabric/chemical fiber/leather/flocking and other materials.It takes cloth decorative levels to new level.
- Color: White/Black (Note: Black powder is suitable for dark fabrics, white powder is suitable for bright fabrics)
- Weight: 500g/800g/1000g.
Note: White powder should only be used for light colored clothes, and black powder should only be used for dark colored clothes. Please choose according to the color of the clothes you want to transfer.
DTF Double Sided Transfer Film
- 1.DTF double-sided coating film: including non-slip coating and printing coating (centrifugal surface), suitable for all DTF printers. Anti-slip coating can improve printing accuracy and printing effect.
- 2. Hot tearing operation: it needs to be torn off within 10 seconds after the pressurization (thin torn fabrics are after 5-8s)
- 3. Cold tear operation: the pattern needs to be completely cooled before tearing off.
- 4. Suggestion: Use cold tear for better stability.
