Folding Hitch Cargo Carrier Basket

The longest distance is about 10 inches between the tubes hole center(or the hole center of the receiver) and the top of the basket when folded.

Please measure the distance to make sure have clearance ability for a folded-up cargo carrier to accommodate a spare tire on the cars.
