Connection

Static/distorted/noises sound? Cutting-off?

1.Frequnecy interference will cause this problem. Please adjust the bodypack and transmitter to a new frequency.

2.check if all the cables are well connected.

3.Confirm user is in the use range.

4.Change brand new battery of bodypack and test again.

No Sound from Transmitter/Receiver(bodypack/beltpack)?

1.Check if the earphone workable and well connected. Change another earphone and try again.

2.Check the Volume and Transmitter are well adjusted.

3.Check if the Transmitter and Bodypack are in the same frequency(channel). Otherwise they dont work.

Static sound? Sound qulity not as your expectation?

1.The IEM system must be connected with other system to work, Such as music player(or other music source), audio mixer, amplifier, or microphone. Check the related systems settings &cables and test again.

2.Change another professional IEM earphone.
