How to prevent water from splashing?

Please install it correctly according to the instructions of the video.It is a good idea to set the pump to medium then control the water flow by add some rocks to the water outlet on the first floor.

The pump makes some noise or doesn’t seem to work correctly?

It is of great possibility that there are still some air in the pump.You can turn off the switch on the wire then turn on the switch again,this reset will be helpful.

The trickling sound is not very audible and the fountain seems to be quiet,we want more water sound!

There is a switch on the pump that you can adjust the water flow,furthermore,you can add some rocks to the water outlet on the first floor to help you control the water flow.

How to protect the pump?

It would be better to turn off the switch of the fountain when you leave,working within eight hours everyday would protect the pump effectively.
