Step 1: Once mixing is completed stuff all of the meat into the ham maker. Step 2: Place cover plate equipped with spring on top of your meat (spring facing up). Pressing on the spring and close cover properly. Step 3: Marinate for 24-48 hours by keeping it in fridge. Step 4: After the marinating period is complete place the ham maker in a pot filled with water. The amount of water supposed to be at the same level or higher than meat. Step 5: Cook for 1,5-2 hours in water temp 185℉(85℃). Step 6: When meat reaches 170℉(77℃) remove the ham maker from water, cool it in cold water and refrigerate for few hours or leave it for night. Step 7:Remove ham from the ham maker.Slice meat to your desired thickness. NOTICE: -This device is not a toy.
