The Triton 02784 Stake Pocket Kit comes with 10 bolt-on or weld-on pockets with mounting hardware. A regular 2x4 fits securely inside the pockets. This kit is used to build, rebuild or make your own sides on Triton Utility and Snowmobile trailers, but it can also be used on other brands of trailers.
Installation Instructions:
The stake pockets in this kit may be mounted to your trailer at any position you choose.
When desired location of pockets has been established and checked, secure them to trailer with clamps.
Using the existing holes in each of the pockets as a drill guide, drill two 13/32" diameter holes into the trailer. Install appropriate hardware and tighten.
Additional hardware of various lengths has been added to this kit. These lengths will accommodate the various trailer wall thicknesses that may be encountered during most installations.
Dont be alarmed if extra hardware is left over when installation complete.
Note: Not all kits come with washers.
