Q: Is the propane torch piezo igniter sensitive?
A: Under normal circumstances, the torches light better when the valve is cracked open and there is light gas flow. If your propane torch so hard to light, maybe the gas flow rate is too fast, adjust the valve appropriately and try again.
Q: Tausom trigger-start hose torch can you use propane or map gas?
A: Yes. you can use either. Our mapp gas torch works great.

Q: This propane torch can it melt steel or metal?
A: Yes, but it may take some time with the right type of flux. You also have to adjust the angle and the space from the target to be able to produce enough heat to melt or soften the steel or iron.
