Still sharp? It might be time to replace your blade. The Black Diamond Carbon DLC fixed blade set is ideal for all cutting. The professional quality is rust and corrosion impermeable and stays sharper longer with coolest operation. This fixed T-blade comes with a Stainless Steel Deep Tooth Cutter as part of the set for the Absolute Hitter trimmer model. This package includes both a fixed and a moving cutter blade.
EASY INSTALLATION – To replace the fixed blade simply unscrew the two screws on the back of the trimmer, gently remove the old blade, replace with new one, and reinstall screws into machine. Make sure blades are aligned properly before turning on machine. Improper alignment may cause injury. As consistent with any Gamma+ or StyleCraft tools, all blades are fully adjustable to zero gap for the closest cut and finish.
HOW TO CLEAN and CARE FOR YOUR BLADE - gently brush the blade with the maintenance kit brush to clear debris, spray blades with disinfectant (optional), apply 2-3 drops of oil directly on the blade and wipe trimmer body clean with a dry cloth. Using the blade cover can help to avoid scratches and blade damage along with storage to help prolong the life the blade. We recommend, depending on your daily use, to change your blades every 1 to 4 months for superior sharpness.

BLADE ALIGNMENTTo align your blades, make sure that the movable top blade does not extend over the fixed bottom blade. If not installed properly, it can snag or drag on the skin. |
MAINTENANCE & CAREWe recommend regular cleaning with a blade or fade brush and a dry cloth to wipe away excess debris, or spray with a disinfectant high grade cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth, and add a few drops of barber blade oil along the bottom of the teeth, not lower near the screw area |
ACHIEVE ZERO GAPWhen you have the front and back blades flush. To achieve this on clippers, make sure your lever is in the shortest up position and remove the screws. Place the blade teeth where they are touching while the upper blade is slightly further than the lower blade. Dont tighten the screws to tightly, leave at medium tension so you can maneuver the blades. Once in position, finalize and tighten the screws. |
