How to use the polishing block?

Polishing block is applied directly to the object to be polished, rubbing it back and forth in one direction. (The polishing block should be used dry without water, and the item to be polished should be smoothed beforehand.)

Does the polishing block have an odor? Is it safe?

Each polishing block is individually packaged and may have some odor. Ventilation can help dissipate the odor, and the materials used are safe and non-harmful.

What can the polishing block be used to polish?

The product has a wide range of uses, suitable not only for various types of electrodes but also for wood, models, metals, and more.

Attention

  1. Prior to polishing, make sure to smooth the objects surface, eliminating any sharp protrusions or burrs. The polishing surface should be relatively soft, as an uneven surface can scratch the polishing pad and result in an unclear polishing effect.
  2. Before sanding and polishing, wipe the surface to be polished with a cotton cloth to prevent dust from sanding affecting the polishing outcome.
  3. The polishing surface of the polishing pad can be used as a water grinding tool. However, after getting wet, the polishing surface of the pad should be dried thoroughly before reuse.
  4. Polishing pads are individually packaged and may have a slight odor. Place them in a well-ventilated area for a while to dissipate the odor.
  5. When polishing, rub back and forth along one direction, avoiding random rubbing in different directions.
  6. The green side of the polishing pad is the sanding surface, while the white side is the finishing surface.
