Remove the brake caliper from the mounting base.

1. Clamp the adjusting Disc Brake Pads & Rotor Alignment Tool on the disc and turn it to the position where the caliper is installed.

2. Put the caliper back, but do not tighten the caliper screw, and repeatedly pinch the brake.

3. Tighten the brake without releasing it. At the same time, use an Allen tool to lock the caliper screw, and then release the brake.

4. Slowly rotate the disc to turn out the adjusting tab.

Rotate the disc for inspection. Basically, you can pass it once. If it doesnt work once, you can pass it twice. If it does not work for many times, it means that the disc or the chuck piston is broken.
