Pizza Launching & Turning Tips:

  1. For best results, coat your pizza dough in flour or semolina before stretching.
  2. After stretching and building your pizza, pinch the end of the dough and use the tapered edge to slide right under the pizza in one quick motion.
  3. To launch your pizza, place the edge onto your oven baking stone and pull back in a smooth motion to release (Note: It is recommended to not let the pizza stay on the peel for a long time to prevent sticking.)
  4. Halfway through cooking your pizza, use the turning peel to slide under and rotate the pizza for even cooking on all sides.

Instructions:

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Using the provided screwdriver tool, loosen the three screws on the handle.
  2. Align the peel blade and holes on top of the handle.
  3. Fasten the screws on the peel to the handle.

Cleaning and Care Instructions:

  • Hand wash in warm, soapy water.
  • Scrape off any excess food from the peel using a soft non-abrasive sponge.
  • Dry immediately. Not dishwasher safe.
  • Do not cut or slice your pizza on the peel to prevent damage or scratching.
