Does this dehumidifier blow hot air to drive away moisture?

Of course not. TABYIK Dehumidifier makes good use of the Peltier Effect. The semiconductor module change its own temperature, so moisture will be cooled down and turn into water drop, then fall into the tank. Please do not block air inlet and outlet.

How does the automatic shutdown function work?

TABYIK dehumidifier collects and stores moisture in the water tank. The cube floater rises as the water rises. Once full, floater triggers auto shutdown feature. Before first use, please check and move the floater down to the bottom of its channel.

Why does the plug heat up when the dehumidifier is operating?

It is a normal phenomenon for dehumidifiers to run efficiently and continuously for extended periods. The plug has passed safety inspections, so please use it with confidence.

How to get a better dehumidification?

It is closely related to the size of the room, humidity and temperature. Dehumidifier works better in a sealed small room under temperature 46℉-104℉(8℃-40℃), and the higher the humidity, the faster the dehumidification process.
