Oval-shaped Carabiner(Strength: 25kN) - this will connect your anchor point to your strop; 30kN swivel - 360° free rotation, no friction,no noise. 7075 Aviation Aluminum Alloy, Strong and Durable.
●TAPING YOUR AERIAL HOOPS --- As our aerial hoops are made from Stainless Steel, it’s very common to tape/wrap the hoop using adhesive tape. TESLANG Lyra Hoop Set contains a roll of thin self adhesive rayon tape(25m/27yds, long enough for an aerial hoop), softer on the hands but still hard wearing. This enables you to wear leggings and long sleeved tops when you use the hoop and still be able to grip. Tape provides the hoop with some protection from being scratched.
●WHAT SIZE IS BEST FOR ME? --- A method of selecting an aerial hoop diameter is to sit in a chair and measure the distance from the seat of the chair to the top of the head, then add 2 inches.(eg: chair to top of head 33", then you need a 35" hoop). PLEASE NOTE: all sizes refer to the internal diameter. The external diameter is 5cm or 6cm more than the internal diameter

What size is best for me?

  • The 32mm Grip is thicker than standard, and provides a more comfortable grip for beginners or those transitioning from pole fitness.
