Will it damage my brim?

No. Our hat brim bender is designed to prevent over-bending one part of the brim. We recommend gently bending the brim by hand prior to inserting.

How long do I have to let it sit?

Our hat brim shaper will curve your hats within 1 hour of use; however, we recommend letting your hat sit for 24 hours with the strap on for a more lasting curve.

Do I have to steam the hat?

The short answer is no. Our cap shaper works perfectly without the need for steaming. If you would like a more lasting curve that is set in place, steaming will help.

What types of hats does it work with?

The hat bill shaper works with fitted hats of all sizes, baseball caps, visors, and all caps with brims up to 8" wide.
