How does the sensor connect to the weather station mainframe?

The sensor and the weather station host will be connected automatically when placed together, or you can actively press the TX button to connect.

What is the reason for the clock auto-calibration error?

The default time zone of the weather clock is PST and DST is OFF, you just need to simply set the standard time zone according to the instruction manual and confirm whether it is ON/OFF Daylight Saving Time when you use it.

When the weather station is searching for WWVB signal, the backlight will turn off for 7 minutes, is this normal?

Yes, WWVB is susceptible to interference from many factors, so turning off the backlight during the search can block some of the interference. If WWVB is not stable, the device will automatically search for the signal every hour for 7 minutes.

How long does it take to learn and calibrate the weather station for the first time?

Temperature and humidity calibration takes 24-48 hours, weather forecast calibration usually takes 7-10 days, when the sensor is placed outside, the accuracy will become more and more precise as the placement time grows.

What should I do if the sensor fails to connect?

1. you can remove the batteries, wait a few minutes, then put them in and wait another 1-5 minutes and the sensor will connect automatically.

2. you can check that the channel (1/2/3) on the sensor is always the same as the channel on the main unit.
