1. Insert a pouch into the triangular stand. Add powder with the supplied scoop Ensure your hands are completely dry before handling. *We suggest using a scale to get a precise measurement.	2. Take the pape pouch and fold the excess film over as small as possible	3. Dip into water halfway to moisten and place in your mouth Always wet it before consumption! *This step has 3 different methods to choose from, based on the type of powder you take.
